1. Acceptance of Terms

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Not disclose your login credentials to any third party;
• Immediately notify 22pub if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or not.

22pub is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain proper security.

3.3 Account Verification

22pub may, at its sole discretion, require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Verification may include submission of:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID card);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months;
• Payment method verification (front and back of credit/debit card with middle digits obscured, screenshots of e-wallet accounts);
• Source of funds documentation if required by anti-money laundering regulations.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate a hold on funds.

Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before you confirm your withdrawal request. 22pub does not charge fees for most withdrawal methods, but third-party processors (banks, payment providers) may impose their own fees.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

22pub is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent betting patterns;

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, server failures, or third-party service provider outages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your 22pub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

8.4 User Responsibility

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by 22pub

22pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users;

Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, and your account balance may be forfeited if termination is due to breach of these Terms.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, 22pub offers self-exclusion tools. You may request temporary or permanent account closure by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or place bets. Self-exclusion is binding for the chosen period and cannot be reversed before expiration.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
